This website however, is dedicated to my love of travel.  It all started in 1995 when I first experienced international travel.  I went on a pilgrimage to Israel.  It was love at first sight. I fell in love with travel.  I fell in love with experiencing different cultures, food, people, and most of all, seeing the sacred in those experiences. Ever since then, my travels have been colored by that first experience.

Sacred travel to me means so much more than a religious experience.  While I sometimes have a religious experience when I travel to sacred places, I believe in finding the sacred in those places others consider to be just a "regular" travel location.  Often, this means I seek out those places not in the guidebooks.  Sometimes it might just might be me walking down a random street and seeing what I find.

I welcome the opportunity to explore different places in the world.  There are some places I seem to find myself returning over and over because they hold a special place in my heart.  And there are places I have yet to go.  I hope you'll join me on my adventures.
